Warminster School is a thriving independent day and boarding school for 550 pupils aged between 3 and 18 years. The School is situated on a beautiful site on the western side of Warminster town.
The Governors and Headmaster are seeking to appoint an individual with a strong financial and commercial background to join the Leadership Team as the next Bursar. This is a key role with responsibility for the financial, HR and business administration of the school.
The successful applicant will have a proven ability to manage a diverse range of school support services, including building and facilities management, health and safety, human resources and legal and compliance obligations. The candidate will have strong leadership, management and communication skills and will need to be enthusiastic and self-motivated. Previous experience within a school environment would be of benefit but is not essential.
The post is available from March 2018, but the actual start date is flexible for the successful candidate.
