On the retirement of Steve Burnham after seven years of outstanding stewardship, we seek an inspiring Bursar to provide strong financial, strategic and operational leadership. The appointee will ensure that our excellent all-round education is enhanced by outstanding support services and will lead a high performing multifunctional team. As a key contributor to whole school decision-making and as a strategic partner to our Head, Bill Penty, the appointee will serve on the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team, and as Clerk to the Governors. 

Our successful candidate will be an adaptable, collaborative and financially astute leader, possessing the organisational and interpersonal skills to lead a high level of operational delivery and develop staff in their roles. He or she will demonstrate a record of senior leadership and management experience with outstanding strategic, financial and commercial abilities, and an ethos of continuous improvement.
