We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated Business & ICT Teacher to join our 14-16 Academy.

As a 14-16 Academy teacher you will be required to deliver and prepare for lessons in a professional and competent manner, including preparing learners for both written and practical assessments in accordance with the requirements of the awarding body, and ensuring regular assessment and feedback throughout the year.


The successful candidate must have:

•A recognised formal teaching qualification

•A degree in a relevant subject

•Experience teaching at KS4 Level

•A strong subject knowledge

•Enthusiasm for the educational and personal development of pupils

•The ability to provide a safe and stimulating environment for pupils

After what has been another successful year for both St Helens College and Knowsley Community College, on the 12th December 2017 the two Colleges officially merged to form St Helens College, trading as SK College Group. Both Colleges will currently retain their existing brand identities.  This truly is an exciting time for us, and we are fully committed to deliver our new mission statement: “transforming lives through excellence in education and training”.
