We are seeking to appoint a professional and efficient Business Communications Manager, leading on the Marketing and Communications strategy and activity and be the GDPR lead for the Academy Trust. 


This diverse role involves the management, development and maintenance of the Academy Trust website(s) and social media sites and preparation of promotional publications and materials for both internal and external users. You will be able to develop exciting, inspiring, relevant and timely content for use across all of our media channels developing the Academy Trust brand and promoting the Academy Trust in a positive way. You will support the Academy Trust as it grows by working collaboratively across all merging schools to align systems, processes and policies.


You will lead on GDPR ensuring all policies, procedures and documents are compliant with legislation.


We are looking for someone who: with a creative flair for marketing and communications, with an eye for detail to ensure we are fully compliant with GDPR. 


• Has a professional working attitude, with excellent communication and customer service skills

• Shows initiative and demonstrates a proactive 'can do' approach to problem solving

• Has a flexible and adaptive approach to work

• Can work well under pressure and multi-task, working to tight deadlines

• Can provide leadership and support to our Theatre and Marketing Technician 

• Is committed to safeguarding children
