We are seeking an experienced individual to play a key leadership role in Dwight School London.  The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional, used to working as a member of a Senior Leadership/Management Team and will be able to successfully take responsibility for:

  - strategic planning of the business and support services of the School

  - personnel management, estate management, administration aspects of financial management, training and development of non-teaching
      staff.

  - creating and delivering a shared corporate strategic vision together with the other members of the School Leadership team

  - generating and coordinating new income streams which support the ethos of the school.

We are looking for someone who:

  - Is an experienced professional, used to working as a member of a Senior Leadership/Management Team

  - Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a business management, administration or finance roleIs an effective leader

  - Is an individual with international mindedness

  - Is flexible and adaptable

  - Has experience of schools’ finance, HR, facilities and other aspects of education administration
