The Reach Free School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Business Studies teacher to join our team of talented, energetic and visionary teachers.
The Enterprise department is a new area of the school which incorporates Computing, Business and Food and Nutrition. Since September 2018, Business Studies has been taught for the first time at the school and is offered at Key Stage 3 as Business and IT and at Key Stage 4 and Post 16 as a vocational option. In line with other subjects in the school, pupils begin Key Stage 4 during year 9 and have the option to trial the subject before making their choices. The subject is proving to be a very popular choice across the school and we are committed to resourcing the subject sufficiently to ensure it is a great success.
We are looking for a teacher who has a passion for Business Studies and demonstrates excellent classroom practice. You will hold and embody the highest expectations of your pupils and will have the drive and ambition to create an outstanding environment for learning, in Business Studies and beyond. You should also have a good understanding of the potential of technology to enhance learning.

About The Reach Free School
The Reach Free School is an 11- to 18-year-old school in Rickmansworth that serves pupils of all backgrounds and abilities. It was opened in September 2013 by teachers and local parents in response to a significant demand for more secondary school places in the area.
