Job overview

 This is an exciting opportunity for an efficient, organised and customer focused  individual to join our small team. This varied role requires excellent communication, administrative and organisation skills. 

All candidates will have had experience in a similar role, ideally in a school setting. The successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team working flexibly to meet the operational needs of the role. Experience of using appropriate ICT packages is essential, alongside the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders including pupils, parents staff and external visitors to the school. 

The Business Support Officer supports the Business Manager with the management of a comprehensive, professional and customer focused business/administrative service for the school as well provide a confidential administrative service to the Head of School.

The Trust

SHARE Multi Academy Trust currently consists of Shelley College, Thornhill Community Academy, Royds Hall Community School, Whitcliffe Mount School, Heaton Avenue Primary School, Millbridge Primary School, Lily Park Primary School, Luck Lane Primary School, Woodside Green Primary School with a view to continue to expand.
