Penola Catholic College is a co-educational college for students from years 7-12 with two campuses in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. College campuses are situated in Glenroy, which caters for years 7 and 8, and the senior campus in Broadmeadows that features years 9 to 12 and a total college enrolment of approximately 1440 students. 

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Canteen / Catering Team Leader to join the Penola family for the remainder of 2018

As the Canteen / Catering Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the catering services, planning, developing and implementation of new working policies for increasing business and meeting customer requirements. The Canteen / Catering Team Leader is also responsible for a small team of staff to cook and prepare meals for the College’s Canteens and food for College functions.

About You

To be successful you will have a Food Handlers certificate and previous experience working in a fast paced kitchen such as a canteen or café. A passion for fresh produce and working with children is also required. 

You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
