Description This position is for a Canteen Supervisor for 12 hours per week at St Bede's Catholic College, Chisholm. Monday to Wednesday from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Position Requirements Should have:
• Knowledge of Healthy Canteens strategies and Food Safety Standards
• Ability to provide a safe, nutritious and viable food service
• Ability to train and supervise volunteers and make rosters
• Experience in food service operations such as ordering, purchasing, stock control, storage and wastage
• Ability to efficiently manage financial activities like budgets, pricing costing and banking procedures
• Ability to work cooperatively with school executive, volunteers and relevant committees
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills in relating to students, parents and teachers
Essential Criteria • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or undertaking to complete the course within 2 years of employment.
• your current Working With Children number must be recorded on your application
