Careers Coordinator Permanent, part time position: 3 days per week (21 hours) Term time plus an additional week during the summer holidays to coincide with A Level & GCSE results days (40 weeks ) 

Salary Range: Grade G, points 31-34 

(Full time equivalent salary range of £30,108pa to £32,637pa )

Actual pro-rata’d salary range of £15,495 pa to £16,796 pa

We are part of a growing Multi Academy Trust ‘Every Child, Every Day’ along with Grey Court School in Ham, Richmond. We are both mixed 11-18 oversubscribed comprehensive academies. 

Hollyfield is a beautiful school set in the Surbiton area of Surrey with excellent transport links to central London which enables our staff and young people to take full advantage of the wealth of opportunities that London provides. We are an ambitious school that puts student achievement and wellbeing at its’ heart. 

We are looking to recruit an experienced Careers Coordinator on a part time, permanent basis. This is a crucial role for our school community which involves working closely with our students to ensure they have high quality careers advice, information and guidance.

It also includes close monitoring of student destinations and ensuring that those students who are involved in work experience are both safe and happy.

The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be well organised, have good understanding of an educational environment and demonstrate an ability to work with young people.
