Caretaker

We are looking to appoint a reliable, conscientious caretaker to join our school. The successful candidate will join our friendly team who maintain high standards of cleanliness across the site.

We are looking for someone with a good range of skills and school caretaking experience including building and grounds maintenance, general DIY, security and cleaning. You will communicate effectively with a range of people including children, staff, parents, visitors and contractors and have an awareness of health and safety issues. You will be approachable, well-motivated and be able to work on your own initiative and willing to open/close school for lettings in the evening when required.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
