You will play an integral part of the site team and assist in ensuring that the environment (inside and out) is safe, well maintained and meets Health and Safety requirements. Duties will include premises management, maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring the security of the buildings and site.

About us:

The Nottingham Academy is a multi-site academy with new and refurbished buildings, offering pupils and staff an outstanding learning environment. It is one of only a handful of all-through 3-19 schools in the country with its own nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form provision across multiple sites with a capacity for 3,600 pupils. Each site is led by a Head of School in conjunction with the Lead Principal, Ged Rae. It feels calm and orderly and has an atmosphere focused on learning.

The academy is part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) which is a not for profit educational charity, committed to improving the outcomes for its pupils. You will be required to work 37 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks), this is reflected in the pro-rata’d salary. A flexible approach to working hours and an interest in maintenance would be advantageous.
