You will work in collaboration with the Senior Assistant Head Teacher responsible for Pupil Premium to plan and deliver for a caseload of disadvantaged (Pupil Premium) and vulnerable students a program linked to the Strategic Action Plan at North Leamington School. Linked to this, you will offer coverage of academic mentoring, monitoring and intervention as well as work to ensure a broad and balanced curriculum experience. You will ensure a concerted, stakeholder-based approach by coordinating support and ensuring improved parental engagement.

- think this role will suits your skills, knowledge and experience and you have excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of literacy and numeracy. It is essential that you are able to form good working relationships with colleagues and to relate appropriately to young people as well as their parents and other stakeholders. You will need to have the ability to manage young people’s behaviour and promote positive attitudes to achieve the best possible outcomes for individual students
