As such, we are looking for a trade professional willing to share their knowledge and skills with young people and adults. You should have recent industrial experience in Roof Slating & Tiling. You should also possess, or be willing to achieve, an Advanced Craft/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Roof Slating and Tiling. 

The ability to communicate effectively is essential together with excellent knowledge of health and safety issues.

Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential; however the ability to demonstrate skills and understand the needs of learners in a training environment is required. A willingness to undertake teaching and assessing qualifications will be essential.
