Our Catering team does more than just provide meals for our pupils and staff. Due to further expansion of the hospitality services we provide internally and externally, we need a visionary and driven Catering Manager to join us. You will provide expert advice, leadership and guidance to enable the team to produce high-quality meals and deliver first-rate hospitality on a daily basis. We need flair, experience, a sense of humour and the ability to manage and motivate a team producing in excess of 1300 daily covers together with a range of high quality functions and business events.   

You will have experience in a management role in a catering, hospitality, events or a hotel environment.  You must be totally passionate about food and have a creative approach to delivering service excellence and a desire to push for continual improvement.  In addition you will demonstrate excellent management skills, and a desire to get stuck in and lead by example.  The detail around food safety, H&S and allergen laws will be second nature to you, and you will combined this all with enthusiasm, the drive to succeed together, and a proven ability to multi-task under pressure!
