Millfield School Combined Cadet Force is seeking an Adjutant/SSI to assist and set up a brand new CCF in the school. 

The Adjutant will be a key CCF staff member whose principal role is to work alongside the Contingent Commander providing support to both Military and Adventurous Training and instilling the new venture. This post will also run in-conjunction with our existing large outdoor education department, providing support and help to an extensive programme. 

To be successful in this post, you will have experience as a serving or recently retired NCO, or equivalent, in either the regular or reserve forces of any service, or from a similar post. 

Millfield is the largest co-educational boarding school in the UK with over 1,200 pupils, aged 13-18. The pupil body is comprised of 75% full boarders and 25% day pupils. Located in Street in Somerset, the school is set in 150 acres of beautiful campus with outstanding facilities including an Olympic sized pool, two gymnasiums, a golf course, equestrian centre, concert hall, theatre, art gallery and music centre.
