We are looking for a CCF School Staff Instructor and Pastoral Support Tutor to join our outstanding team of support staff.

Your opportunity

Your role will be to support staff and students promoting a safe environment with excellent levels of behaviour so everyone is entitled to learn. You will support students in overcoming barriers to learning using a range of techniques, including pupil counselling, focusing on young people's academic, social and emotional wellbeing.

The SSI role is central to the smooth and efficient running of the contingent and the development of the leadership potential of Cadets. There is an expectation that the SSI will take a lead role in the future direction of the CCF. Previous work with Cadets or links with the armed forces would be advantageous.
