
CCF School Staff Instructor

Full time, Permanent, All Year Round
This leading HMC co-educational School seeks to appoint a School Staff Instructor to join the enthusiastic and professional support team.
The successful candidate will provide adventure training, administrative, logistical and military planning support for the CCF and Contingent Commander. The role of the SSI is pivotal to all CCF activities and to the development of the Contingent. The SSI provides the foundations for the appropriate military culture, ethos and standards demonstrated by CCF staff and cadets.
Applications are invited from candidates who possess experience of military activities, excellent communication skills and an aptitude for problem solving. You will be able to work effectively with and motivate young people, and with colleagues across the whole school community. The successful candidate will have the ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the ethos and values of the school.
The salary for will be in the region of £30,000 per annum, and the successful candidates will be able to access MoD allowances of approx. £3500-6000 p/a dependent on completion of paid training days. There are a wide range of additional benefits associated with working at the school.
