Full time (37 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Leader (Advanced Practitioner) to support teaching, learning & assessment (TLA) across Leeds City College. As part of a central team, you will provide excellent customer service and support for curriculum departments, on their journey to outstanding. 

You will be an excellent teacher with a proven record of ‘good or better’ TLA practice. Responsibilities will include the sharing of best practice, mentoring underperformance and embedding technology & innovation to enhance the learning experience of colleagues and students. You will have a confident and empathic approach to mentor colleagues and lead on training and development of TLA. 

There is a requirement to deliver teaching in a curriculum department appropriate to your skills and expertise (usually 1 - 2 days).
