The Aurora Centre at the Merton College is a purposely designed, high specification, state of the art centre which provides education and training opportunities for students with autism and complex needs.

You will be an enthusiastic, confident, reliable administrator with experience of supporting a curriculum area working with young people with special educational needs. You will provide a range of administrative support functions for the Aurora Centre, including planning and arranging reviews and will have excellent interpersonal and IT skills and an eye for accuracy and detail.

To be successful you will be educated to Level 2 or equivalent with grades A to C in GCSE English and Maths. You will have significant relevant experience of providing effective administrative support and have the ability to use initiative whilst handling a varied workload to tight deadlines. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
