CEO

Peterborough Diocese Education Trust (PDET)Northamptonshire

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a multi-academy trust of over 30 academies?

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational CEO following the retirement of the current post holder. During his tenure, the Trust has grown to over 30 academies. This makes us one of the top 20 largest trusts in England by school numbers. A real culture of collaboration and the sharing of best practice has started to be forged.

While we are proud of our achievements to date, we are even more excited about what the future will hold.

There is a real appetite to build on the platform that has been set to support our children, staff and communities to flourish. In addition, more schools are looking to join our family and benefit from our ethos and approach.

The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader, with an outstanding record and the ability to articulate the Christian vision of PDET.

This does not mean that we are necessarily looking for a serving CEO of a trust. Our new CEO may work in a senior position in a group of schools, and/or have considerable and relevant public sector experience.

If you would like to know more about leading a group of schools who believe passionately in the infinite worth of each person, then we would encourage you to contact Helen Stevenson, at our recruitment partners at Satis Education, on 07729 024631 / helen@satiseducation.co.uk

- The final closing date for applications is 9th April 2021 at 9.00am

- Longlisting w/c 19th April 2021

- Final interviews w/c 26th April 2021
