The at Governors St Mary’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, part of the St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust, are seeking to appoint an excellent Chef / Catering Manager.

We are looking for an experienced, qualified and proactive individual to manage our catering service. You will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the school catering service.
Responsibilities will include planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of all food and beverages to the required standards set within our service level agreement and budget parameters. You will be required to contribute to developing the school’s catering provision and maintain the highest standards of catering to staff, visitors and pupils, which will include food / health and safety as well as food hygiene, food standards and nutrition, training, as well as all other legislation associated with the catering industry. Responsibility will also include compliance with regulations, policies and procedures.
