Chef de Partie
Concord College is England’s premier co-educational international boarding school set in the heart of the Shropshire countryside, with 600 students aged 13-18. We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join our large and experienced team of Chefs who provide high quality cuisine in our busy catering department. Experience of producing high volume, high quality foods with flair and using fresh local ingredients will be essential for this post, together with sound knowledge of food hygiene regulations and food production related health and safety. Hours of work will be 35 per week on rota between 7.00am – 7.30pm to provide cover 7 days each week. Interviews for this post will include practical cooking tests to demonstrate ability.
