Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks 

We wish to appoint an experienced Technician to provide practical support to a highly successful Chemistry Faculty.

The successful applicant will assist in the smooth running of the Faculty, providing equipment and materials for practical lessons, general housekeeping within the classrooms and pro-actively working as part of a small Chemistry team.  You will have a good understanding of the Health & Safety as you will be expected to provide a clean, safe working environment.  Previous experience of working in a chemical or biological environment is highly desirable

Ideally you will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, be able to work accurately under pressure and be able to prepare materials from written instruction.
