Job overview

Education is our passion. Success is your business.

Academy Transformation Trust is an established, exciting and successful family of 22 primary and secondary academies and further education providers across the Midlands, East and South East of England – and we’re growing fast. Having undertaken significant restructuring, we are poised for steady growth and require a visionary CEO to take us to the next level.

Championing our vision of providing the best education for every student and the highest standards of support to our staff, you will do whatever it takes to help our people reach their full potential.

Already an outstanding strategic leader with an impressive record of success at national level, you will be ready to bring our values and ethos to life and empower your colleagues to make things happen.

Whether you join us from an educational or business background, you will combine a sharply strategic mindset with a truly hands-on approach.

Naturally, you will relish sharing responsibilities whilst taking accountability, be able to align best practice across our regions to ensure consistency, and be ready to tackle some significant and ongoing challenges within the sector.

Above all, you will be capable of completing our transformation to ensure that we emerge fit for the future – and more capable than ever of building on success in a changing educational landscape and in becoming one of the best trusts in the country.

For an informal discussion in confidence, please email Richard Bassett, Independent Executive Officer to request a call back: r.bassett@academytransformation.co.uk
