Chief Executive Officer
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic CEO to lead the Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust to its next stage. A person with significant educational experience and passion to embed the Trusts vision. In addition, a commitment to ensure quality education for the children in our academies ensuring they all achieve their maximum potential.
The Trust is at an exciting point in its development. Starting in 2014 with its Head Office in Hove, East Sussex, DCAT has expanded to six academies to include five primaries and one secondary, educating 3000+ pupils and employing 500+ staff in Hastings, Eastbourne and Chichester. DCAT is in advanced conversations with other schools across the Diocese who want to join the Trust. This will enable the Trust to be in a strong position to expand whilst ensuring school improvement and educational support.
