Established in November 2013, The Primary First Trust is a highly regarded Multi Academy Trust of 8 schools in Kent, Bexley and Medway.  The Trust’s vision is to surround children with excellence by collectively and collaboratively working with schools to improve the quality of outcomes afforded to children within the Trust.

The Trustees are seeking to recruit a CEO who will take the Trust forward into its new and exciting phase. It will be key for the new CEO to be an outstanding inspirational strategic leader who can build on our current strengths and develop further our capacity for growth.  It is vital the new CEO supports the values and ethos of The Primary First Trust.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees you will:

• Inspire and empower others to share in achieving the goals of the Trust;
• Take responsibility for the performance of all the academies within the Trust;
• Be an outstanding leader with wide experience in leadership from an education background and be committed to educational excellence for all pupils in the Trust;
• Have a demonstrable track record of success in leading an organisation through change;
• Fulfill the role of Accounting Officer for the Trust.
