Hatton Academies Trust is a small multi-academy Trust led by Sir Christopher Hatton Academy and based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The Trust consists of an outstanding secondary academy and three improving primary academies. The Board of Directors are looking to appoint a dynamic and experienced part time Chief Executive Officer to join us at a time of exciting opportunities and build on our strong foundations to lead us into the next stage of development.

- have proven experience of effective senior management with a demonstrable track record of impact on improving outcomes
- can provide strategic leadership and make a positive contributions to the vision and leadership of the Trust
- challenge and support the leadership teams to ensure the highest quality of education to our pupils
- have an excellent understanding of the education sector
