We wish to recruit a teacher who:

For the right, experienced candidate, there is a possible TLR which is a middle leadership post and includes membership of the School Improvement Team (SIT). This would suit an excellent teacher with 2+ years experience who can demonstrate strong teaching in KS1 and is looking to develop their leadership skills. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the KS1 phase and will lead on a core area, aspect of a core area and/or foundation subject/s. These might include: reading, writing, phonics, grammar, handwriting (or a combination of these); mathematics; science; DT, geography, history, art, PE, PHSE (or a combination of these).The successful candidate may also be required to work as a team with other leaders on the leadership of whole school areas, such as IT or RE.
