From the classroom, to cultural visits, sports, music and arts and engaging with our local communities, the rich and varied experiences we create help fuel ambition and unlock potential. The education and experiences equip our young people with the leadership skills, team spirit, resilience and confidence to become outstanding citizens.

We work alongside outstanding organisations and individuals who are happy to share their expertise and skills in supporting the Trust's vision, to give children better life changes through access to the best education and support we can give them.

About the role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive change to children's lives by providing children with outstanding learning experiences. We are looking for someone who shares our belief that all children learn best while having fun, and who is committed to working as part of a team in this dynamic learning environment.

We can offer you a friendly, hardworking and supportive team in school, together with a wide range of training opportunities, such as instructional coaching support, an experienced in school mentor and other bespoke courses from the David Ross Education Trust.

About our Academy

Endike Academy joined the David Ross Education Trust in November 2013 and in June 2019 they were rated "Good" from Ofsted, a repeat of their 2015 rating. Ofsted noted that 'the nurture of pupils is combined effectively with high ambition for their achievements.' They also were complementary of how positively pupils spoke about the rich educational experiences on offer. Ofsted could see how this fed into pupils' aspirations and broadened their horizons; something which underpins our value system.
