The position
We are looking for an outstanding teacher who can continue to raise attainment and progress. Our ideal candidate has excellent classroom management skills, is highly organised, is a team player and has strong behaviour management skills. We are looking for a teacher with KS2 experience who will be able to drive outcomes. Our ideal candidate will be able to use data to effectively identify if weakness exists and be able to act quickly, consistently and decisively to address them. You will need to be able to use your own initiative, support and hold others to account for outcomes.
Dependent on experience this position will be MPS, UPS and a TLR2 may be available for the right candidate.
