Job overview
Cann Bridge School requires two outstanding and enthusiastic teachers for September 2022
Cann Bridge School caters for children with severe learning difficulties from 3 to 19 years in the vibrant waterside City of Plymouth on a purpose built site, Tor Bridge, where inclusion is approached in inspiring ways. Cann Bridge is oversubscribed and the forward thinking Local Authority are expanding the school to cater for the required need in the City of Plymouth.
Two Class Teachers, MPR, 1 SEN Point
The school will increase capacity to allow for two more class groups and so we require two skilled and passionate teachers, full time, who will be responsible for the delivery of a full curriculum to a class of pupils who have complex learning needs.
This is an exciting challenge requiring a flexible approach during the Autumn term before the pupils start in the new, purpose built, classroom spaces in January 2023.
Please visit the school website for information about the school or contact the Headteacher for further details. Visits to the school are welcomed.
The job details and application form are available from the website (School Information – Vacancies) or by request from the school reception.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 6th July and interviews will take place in the week beginning Monday 18th of July.
All roles at the school require direct access to children and successful candidates will require appropriate references and enhanced clearance under DBS.
