Class Teacher

The Role:

Penkridge Middle School wish to recruit an outstanding, flexible and creative Class Teacher with proven classroom experience and in-depth knowledge of the curriculum (KS2 & KS3) to join them in February 2019 to cover maternity leave. 

Our ideal candidate will be:

- An excellent class  teacher with successful experience of teaching in KS2/ KS3 or both, who loves working with children and inspires them to achieve high standards and realise their potential

- Excellent subject knowledge, especially in English and Mathematics

- Commitment to working as part of a team

- Flexible

The school is part of Penk Valley Academy Trust along with 4 other schools based in the local   area: St John’s (CE) First School,   Marshbrook First School, Princefield First School, and Wolgarston High   School. We are on a very exciting journey and would love you to join us in developing   our 2-19 Academy Trust – a place where we want our children and young people   to be excited about their learning, achieve very high outcomes enabling them   to choose to either go to university or a successful career. Penkridge Middle School is a school that takes students from Y5 to Y8 and is run as a   secondary model (with a primary feel).
