The Federation of St Joseph’s Infant and Junior Catholic Schools are seeking to appoint a fixed term (from 01/09/2022-31/08/2023) Upper Key Stage 2 Phase Leader to drive forward our high standards, whilst also ensuring enrichment of pupils’ learning experiences.

The phase leaders will:

• be a committed, practicing Catholic with a clear understanding of leadership of a Catholic school

• be an experienced teacher with ambition, drive and dedication to the post

• have leadership experience in SLT or post holder roles

• be an outstanding and inspirational classroom practitioner with high expectations for all

• be able to challenge, motivate and empower staff to achieve the best outcomes for pupils enabling every child to fulfil their full potential

• be committed to working in partnership to maintain and build upon our current achievements

• demonstrate exceptional skills in the monitoring of pupil progress through data analysis and evaluation

• have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to strengthen parent, parish and community partnerships.

• have experience teaching across key stages.
