About the Role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and committed Classroom Support Assistants (multiple positions) to join our team at Rosary Primary School.
The Classroom Support Assistant (CSA) is a member of the Classroom Support Team (CST) that plays a key role in supporting classroom teachers to ensure that all students with diverse learning needs can access and participate in the curriculum and activities in order to achieve the academic goals and social skills required for independent learning and confident participation.
Essential Criteria

- The ability to work with groups of students in the classroom under the direction of the teacher;
- Skills in working as part of a team and planning collaboratively;
- A high level of communication skills;
- Effective interpersonal skills to work with others;
- The ability to show initiative;
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work in an unsupervised capacity;
- A preparedness to take on a variety of roles as required by the school;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when managing personal and sensitive information.
