Unlocking Potential is a charity that works within communities to transform the life chances of children and young people. We are developing programmes which have a sustainable impact on the community.  The Corner School is one of our programmes and is  an independent school for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.  The role involves being responsible for a small class of children with a range of needs.  Planning and implementing opportunities for all areas of the national curriculum, with a focus on SMSC.    We are looking for an outstanding primary practitioner, who understand and can deliver high standards of education for our learners and have the ability and determination to inspire and motivate children and colleagues to achieve their best.
