Genesis Education Trust is an expanding collection of outstanding and good schools in East London.We are looking for ambitious and dedicated staff to join in our expansion, to work within the Reception Class at St Marys in Walthamstow. We can offer a strong team, first class training dedicated and professional colleagues and career progression. As part of Genesis Education Trust we do have lots opportunities to work and support each other across sites.  St Mary’s is a teaching school which provides ample opportunities for outreach and training. As a Church of England primary school the successful candidate will be able to follow the christian ethos of the school.   St Marys is 3-form entry and is graded Outstanding by Osted .   If you are joining us as a 2nd/3rd year teacher or beyond, we will be keen to find out how best we can work with you so that you feel supported, inspired and a key part of the team.  We have many structures in place to support 2nd/3rd year teachers and those aspiring to leadership.  Our 2nd/3rd year teachers and leaders tell us that they have access to first quality training and mentoring which enables them to enhance their practice very quickly and that there are opportunities to develop as a leader should they wish to do so.  If you are interested in joining our team, it would be great if you could come and visit us prior to application.
