We are seeking to appoint a highly professional Clerk for the Trustees and Governing Body of Enfield Grammar School.

The successful applicant will work 8 hours per week to support the Governing Body and Trustees in ensuring that their meetings run efficiently as well as providing guidance on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.

The hours of this role are flexible, as the successful applicant will need to be able to attend the governing body meetings which are mainly held on Thursday evenings from 6pm during term time.  The remaining hours will need to be worked during school hours.

The School

The school is an 11-18 6fe. boys comprehensive and is heavily oversubscribed every year. We are a Specialist Sports College and converted to Academy status in August 2011.  We provide a secure learning environment for our pupils in a combination of modern and historic buildings.
