Sites and Facilities Manager
37 hours per week, all year round JM2; £34,106 - £38,052
The Clevedon Learning Trust wish to appoint a Sites and Facilities Manager across all sites.
As the Sites and Facilities Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for all aspects of property upkeep, care, maintenance, security, compliance and safety, in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. Your main duties will include preparing and coordinating a facilities maintenance plan across the Trust sites and ensuring efficient Trust wide contracts are scoped and procured as appropriate to ensure best value.
You will have significant experience in multi-site management at a senior level, including effective working in site (including buildings) management systems. Experience of working in an educational environment is desirable, but not essential.
As part of a small management team, it is imperative that the successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills with demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement. The role will only suit individuals with a high level of credibility and an in-built desire to drive standards through innovation and change management. They will also need to be self-reliant and confident administratively.
You will be a confident problem solver, with a proactive and a positive attitude to work. You will combine a high degree of attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
