We are looking for a Cluster Premises Manager to lead effectively on all aspects of premises management over a small cluster of primary schools in our central region (Warren Mead Infant, Warren Mead Junior and The Vale). Please note there is potential for this person to be responsible for more schools in the future.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of and / or qualifications in Health and Safety, Project management experience, good IT skills and have a good working knowledge of site maintenance.
You will lead the premises team, oversee contractors and be responsible for improving and maintaining our school sites in a cost effective way.

Salary: FTE G7: £24,288 - £28,657 (depending on experience and qualifications)
