Media Studies is a hugely popular subject and continues to move from strength to strength. Students perform above the national average at Key Stages 4 and 5.

We are now looking for an outstanding Co-ordinator of Media Studies to teach and lead Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 Media Studies. There is also the opportunity to teach some English or another subject up to Key Stage 3/4, dependent on the interests/experience of the candidate.

We offer a highly supportive environment and a comprehensive CPD programme with superb promotion prospects and career development. We believe the professional development of Middle Leaders is critical for the school’s success.

The successful candidate will have the ability to embrace the inclusive culture and ethos of the school.  A strong commitment to raising achievement is required along with an informed and creative approach to curriculum delivery.

Hatch End High School is a highly successful multi-cultural Academy located in Harrow, London.

Sixth-form facilities were opened on the site in 2010 and a brand new rebuild in 2019. The school currently has approximately 1,250 students aged 11-18, including 270 in the Sixth Form.
