Job overview
We are recruiting for a College Principal to lead the curriculum and improve the quality of provision at South Thames College.
We will appoint an individual with a track record of proven leadership in the FE sector, backed by strong evidence of driving student outcomes forward, promoting great teaching and learning and supporting innovation in curriculum delivery.
The role will be part of the wider Group Leadership Team working across the newly-merged South Thames Colleges Group.
South Thames College is based in Wandsworth and Tooting and provides learning opportunities to about 10,000 students a year, bringing together 16-18 year-olds, Adults, Higher Education students and Apprentices. Knowledge of all these cohorts of learners will be an essential requirement for the successful candidate.
South Thames Colleges Group brings together four Colleges across South West London and this role will also involve a major contribution to the establishment and development of the whole Group.
