Ashbourne is an outstanding Independent Sixth Form College in the heart of Kensington, London. We are seeking a new Compliance and Registration Officer to work in our administration team and contribute to the smooth operations of the College. 

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, flexible and organised individual who would like the opportunity to be a Compliance and Registration Officer, alongside being an essential member of the college administration team. 

The successful applicant will be organised, hard-working, an effective communicator and will be able to use ICT efficiently. Main duties will include running student registration and de-registration, managing student database, compliance, staff registration and de-registration, organisation of non-term time courses and timetable support. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable meeting and dealing with a wide variety of people, both in person and on the telephone, including students, parents, teachers and external agents. 

The working hours for this post are: 08.30 to 18.00.

Ashbourne Independent Sixth Form College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational, general further education college situated in Kensington, West London.

The college was founded as Ashbourne Independent College in 1981 and was co-educational from the start. It is a member of the Council for Independent Further Education (CIFE). A smaller than average institution of its type, the college provides 157 places for students between the ages of 13 and 21 when fully subscribed.
