Course Leader 

Service Industries Department

37 hours per week, permanent

£29,877 - £32,641 per annum

The Course Leader will assume responsibility for leading and further developing the Beauty Therapy courses within the department. They will optimise student recruitment, create outstanding learning opportunities and experiences and drive forward the quality of learner outcomes.

The position would suit an experienced and high-performing teacher looking to take the next step into course leadership; the successful candidate will be learner-focussed, target driven and have a positive, can-do attitude. They will develop and support both learners and staff to achieve their full potential and as a leader, they will accept nothing other than ‘outstanding’ outcomes and levels of performance.
