Cover Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, organised individual with a ‘can-do’ approach to lead on the planning and organising of daily lesson cover when teaching staff are absent. You will arrange and coordinate an excellent team of cover supervisors who work across the whole curriculum and ensure that agency supply staff are inducted and supported to deliver effective provision for absent teaching staff. The role will involve some elements of whole school administrative support. School administration experience would be an advantage, however, the role may also suit someone who has previously worked in recruitment and HR, or someone who has worked successfully within the teaching supply service but is looking for a more permanent position in a welcoming, supportive setting. 

The FTE salary shown will be paid pro rata to reflect 43 working weeks. Actual salary will be £23,195 to £26,373.
