We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, vibrant school community as a

Cover Supervisor

(with the potential for Lead Cover Supervisor)

32 ½ hours per week, term time + training days

Bucks Pay Range 3

Actual annual salary range from £16,856 to £18,230

(equivalent to £22,690 to £24,540 for full time)

Start date – as soon as possible

The post holder will be required to have:

• a genuine commitment to seeing young people succeed

• the ability to bring the best out in our students

• an enthusiasm to join our successful team of Cover Supervisors

• previous experience of working with young people

• a high level of skill in organisation and administration

• excellent communication skills which can be employed with children and adults

• the ability to support students at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5

• the ability to work independently and enjoy a classroom based role within the education environment.
