Beverley Grammar School is a vibrant 11–18 boys’ comprehensive and has a joint Sixth Form with the neighbouring girls’ school.

We are looking for a committed team worker, who is able to establish positive working relationships with students and adults. The person appointed should have experience of strategies and techniques in a teaching and learning environment.
Main responsibilities include:
- providing cover for teaching staff, supervising lessons and carrying out duties
- supervising students in clubs, visits, activities and examinations
- being deployed for general office and support work when cover is not required
Hours: 32.5 per week, term-time only.
This post is permanent and is required to commence September 2021.

Beverley Grammar School is a boys-only, comprehensive, non-denominational secondary school with sixth form situated in Beverley, East Yorkshire. It is an academy converter supported by a single-academy trust.
Along with Beverley High School for girls, it provides a mixed sixth form. A smaller than average secondary school, Beverley Grammar School provides 920 places for secondary and sixth-form students aged 11-18 when fully subscribed.
The oldest state school in England, Beverley Grammar School was founded in 700AD. With multiple relocations over the years, the school grew from as few as 70 students to the size it is today, with many renovations throughout the 20th century and beyond.
