Cover Supervisor - Higher Level Teaching Assistant
KR6 (range £19,609-£21,509 pro rata)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised Cover Supervisor/HLTA to join our support staff team as soon as possible.
The role is 35 hours per week and term time only.
Our Cover Supervisor's main duties are to:
- supervise students engaged in learning activities and deliver lessons during short-term absence of teachers.
- act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct to ensure that good behaviour is maintained.
- use detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support students’ learning, establishing productive working relationships, promoting inclusion and working to support students consistently whilst recognising and responding to individual needs.
