We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to provide short term cover in the absence of teaching staff.  This will involve supervising whole classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering planned lessons.

You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with experience of working with secondary school students in a learning environment.  Evidence of training in the delivery of formal lessons would also be an advantage.

Based in Flintshire County, Castell Alun High School is a very successful secondary school for children aged between 11 and 18, with over 1350 students on roll.  Around 360 of those are in sixth form. It is an English medium comprehensive situated in the village of Hope, Flintshire.
