We are looking for a committed and energetic person able to provide proactive supervision and delivery of set lessons for absent teachers to support the continued progress of our students. The job will require following the allocated lesson plan whilst maintaining a positive climate for learning. Ideally you will have previous experience of working with young people to encourage learning and motivate students to study by building positive relationships.
- confident communicating to large groups
- excellent communication skills
- good understanding of ICT, including the effective use of the Office Suite of programs
- ability to build good relationships with children and adults
- ability to combine firmness with empathy
- calm and adaptable with an ability to work within a flexible and busy environment
